We have a new kid in our kampung, yay! Little Rimba opened their door on 1st August and we decided to visit them today.

Our arrival was greeted by their “Little Chombi”

We had “Pengat Durian” as appetiser and it was really good. Kinda remind me of my mom’s kuih serawa (thats what our family called our kuah durian :)) Since I’m equalising the dish with my mom’s cooking, the verdict is pretty good.

Pengat Durian – Worth every every single calorie! 

I’ve been craving for Soto for quite some time, so I decided to try it on our first visit. It was pretty good, but I wish they served it hotter. The sambal kicap is really a killer though. So goood!!! (Safe to say, this is not going to be our first and last visit).
